How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order email confirmation at the end of your online transaction. This serves as confirmation of your order.

When will online orders be available until?

Online orders will be available until 12 September 2016, while stocks last.

Can I cancel or change my confirmed order?

Once the online transaction is successfully completed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. Amendments to collection and delivery pertaining to your existing order, can be made by calling +65 6434-5286 or emailing rc.sinrz.summerpavilion@ritzcarlton.com



When can I collect my mooncakes?

The collection of mooncakes will be available from 15 August to 15 September 2016 at the following locations:

Hotel Lobby, 15 August to 15 September, 11.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Millenia Walk, 16 August to 15 September, 10.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
VivoCity, 16 August to 14 September, 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Do I need to bring any confirmation to collect my mooncakes?

Yes, please present your email confirmation when collecting your mooncakes.

When can I have my mooncakes delivered?

The delivery of mooncakes will be available from 15 August to 15 September 2016 at the following times:
10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Is there a delivery charge?

A SGD 60nett delivery charge is applicable for each location in Singapore. Purchases of 50 boxes and above are entitled to complimentary delivery to one location in Singapore.

Is international delivery available?

No. Delivery is only available to Singapore addresses.

Can I choose a customised assortment of mooncakes?

Yes, this is possible. Please visit our retail locations in order to do so.

Is customised branding on the mooncake packaging available?

Yes, complimentary customised branding is available for bulk purchases of 100 boxes and above.
